Day-by-day itinerary
Drive times are approximate. Every tour is private, so we can change the order, add rest days or extend it.
Day 1: Airport to Negombo
Upon arriving at the airport, you will be greeted by our chauffeur guide with a warm welcome. Proceed to Negombo for refreshments and rest at the hotel.
Day 2: Pinnawala & Kandy
After breakfast, visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. In the afternoon, travel to Kandy — the hill capital which cradles the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha within the Sri Dalada Maligawa, situated amidst panoramic mountain views.
Day 3: Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, enjoy the charm of Nuwara Eliya. Visit Sita Amman Temple, Ashok Vatika, Gregory Park and Lake.
Day 4: Tea Country
After breakfast, visit Hakgala Botanical Garden and Pedro Tea Estate. Enjoy a freshly brewed cup of Ceylon tea.
Day 5: Ella
In Ella, visit the famous Nine Arch Bridge and see the majestic Ravana Falls.
Day 6: Arugam Bay
Elephant Rock in Arugam Bay offers stunning photo opportunities. From the top of the rock, enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of the ocean, coastline, and surrounding greenery.
Day 7: Kataragama
After breakfast, visit the pilgrim town of Kataragama and explore historical and culturally significant places.
Day 8: Galle & Madu River
In Galle, visit the Galle Fort, museum, and remnants of Dutch colonial heritage. Evening Madu River boat safari.
Day 9: Colombo Day 1
Afternoon Colombo city tour including cultural and religious sites, Old Parliament, Fort Bazaar, luxury shopping complexes. Evening at Dutch Hospital with live music at Tap House.
Day 10: Colombo Day 2
Continue exploring Colombo's vibrant culture, markets, and nightlife.
